1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, defective, or expired upon arrival.
You received the wrong item.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened face creams, skin care, hair care, perfumes, or animal care products, unless the item is defective or wrong.
2. Timeframe for Returns
Return Request Deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Request Deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your order.
Late return/exchange requests may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used skincare, hair care, and beauty products
Items without original packaging
Personalized or promotional items
Perishable products like energy drinks unless damaged or expired on delivery
